By clicking "SUBMIT," you are granting the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education (OSRHE) permission to use, adapt, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and display, in any form now known or later developed, any submission, including but not limited to photographs, video recordings, films, audio recordings and/or statements, provided by you or any organization you represent (collectively, “Materials”), for publicity or any other lawful purpose, by incorporating them into publications, catalogues, brochures, books, magazines, photo exhibits, videotapes, websites and/or other media (collectively, “Works”).
You hereby release and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OSRHE and its successors, agents, employees, licensees and assigns from any and all claims that you, or any third party, may have now or in the future for the invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, defamation or any other cause of action arising out of any use of the Materials. It is expressly agreed, however, that OSRHE is under no obligation to use the Materials for any purpose.
You waive any right to inspect or to approve any Works that may be created using the Materials and waive any and all claims with respect to the eventual use to which the Materials may be applied. You agree that OSRHE is and shall be the exclusive owner of all rights, title and interest, including copyright, in the Works and any commercial, informational, educational, advertising or promotional deliverables containing the Materials.
You certify that you have all rights necessary to agree to these terms and that you are at least 18 years of age.
